Click Generate Suggestion. Select required medicines, then click Create PO Draft. It will create supplier-wise purchase order draft and also send selected rows to Purchase Entry like OCR/Excel draft.
Flow: Generate Suggestion → Select medicines → Create PO Draft → Open Purchase Entry → PO Draft open → fill real invoice, batch, expiry → Save Purchase.
Suggested Purchase List
Uses current stock, reorder/min level and last 30 days sold quantity. Final purchase quantity owner can decide.
