Global Medicine Master data is locked. This page is not available for medical store users or staff.

Global Medicine Master is protected.

Medical store users should not edit global medicine data directly. Use Purchase Entry for shop stock, batch, expiry, MRP, purchase rate, quantity, barcode, rack number, GST, and Schedule H1 marking.
Barcode data note:

Barcode should be saved mainly at stock / batch level, not only in global medicine data. Same medicine can have different batches, expiry, MRP, and barcode values.

Save barcode in:
companies/{companyId}/stock/{stockId}

Suggested stock fields:
barcode, barcodeType, batchNo, expiryMonth, mrp, qty, isScheduleH1, scheduleType
Schedule H1 note:

Global medicine data may not contain Schedule H1 information. So Schedule H1 marking should be handled from the shop side using Purchase Entry / Medicine Stock.

Add these controls in stock or purchase:
☐ Schedule H1 Medicine
Barcode input / scan field

When this medicine is sold in Billing, Medexra Rx should require patient and doctor details and then save the record in:
companies/{companyId}/h1Register/{entryId}
Final correct flow:

1. Purchase Entry me medicine add karo.
2. Batch, expiry, MRP, purchase rate, quantity, barcode save karo.
3. Agar medicine Schedule H1 hai to checkbox tick karo.
4. Billing me barcode scan hone par stock item select hoga.
