When to contact customer care?
Contact customer care for backup download, restore from old data, CSV import, wrong stock, wrong customer due, missing medicines, or data correction.

Backup or restore request
Customer care will verify your store account and guide the process safely.

CSV import request
Share your CSV file with support. They will check format and avoid wrong duplicate entries.

Wrong data correction
If stock, due amount, purchase, sale, or medicine data looks wrong, raise a ticket with details.
Raise a support ticket
Use a support ticket when the issue needs checking by the Medexra Rx team. Add screenshots, bill number, medicine name, customer name, or supplier name if available.

Go to Help / Support Ticket from your dashboard.

Write clear issue
Example: “Stock quantity wrong for Dolo 650 batch B123” or “Need purchase CSV import”.
