• Purchase and sales data such as purchase bills, sale bills, customer details, supplier details, payment status, due amount, and transaction history.
• Barcode scan data used for medicine identification, purchase entry, stock checking, and inventory management.
• Camera or image data when you use photo bill OCR, prescription capture, or image-based purchase entry features.
• Device and usage data such as app version, crash logs, performance information, and technical diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide login and account access.
• Manage pharmacy stock, purchases, sales, batches, expiry, and reports.
• Enable barcode scanning, OCR-based bill reading, and purchase import features.
• Maintain customer, supplier, and business records.
• Generate reports, dashboards, low-stock alerts, expiry alerts, and business summaries.
• Improve app performance, fix bugs, prevent misuse, and secure user data.
• Provide customer support and respond to user requests.

3. Camera and Photo Access

Medexra Rx may request access to your device camera or photo gallery for features such as barcode scanning, photo bill OCR, purchase bill upload, and prescription image capture. Camera and image data is used only for the selected app feature and is not sold to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Medexra Rx may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Firebase Authentication for user login.
• Firebase Firestore for storing app and business data.
• Firebase Storage, if image or document storage is used.
• Google Play services for app distribution, updates, crash reporting, and security.

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and security standards.

We do not sell user data, pharmacy data, customer data, stock data, purchase data, or sales data. Data may only be shared in the following situations:

Medexra Rx is a pharmacy business and point-of-sale application. It is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Users are responsible for entering correct pharmacy, medicine, supplier, customer, purchase, and sale information. Users should not upload illegal, misleading, or unauthorized data into the app.
